Where are you on the R-Cycle?
Â
A
Remember
You are in the Remember stage — and that is exactly where you need to be.Â
Before anything can be repaired or rebuilt, it has to be witnessed. The Remember stage is not stagnation, it is the necessary work of sitting with what the season cost you, what you believed, and what you want to carry forward. The leaders who skip this stage often find themselves rebuilding the same thing that broke. The Well was built for this moment. Our community exist to give you language, company, and time for exactly what you are doing.Â
B
Repair and RecoverÂ
You are in the Repair & Recover stage — and your body already knows it.Â
Repair is not passive. It is the active work of releasing what depleted you and restoring the systems that make sustained leadership possible. Rest alone is not enough. Recovery requires permission, and it requires conditions that most leaders have never been given. You are in the right place. The Well was built on the belief that recovery is not a reward for good leadership, it is the infrastructure that makes good leadership possible.

C
Regenerate
You are in the Regenerate stage — and something in you already knows it.Â
Regenerate is the stage of realizing the space you need is available. The horizon of possibility is broad and inviting.  The idea does not need to be announced yet. Give the seedling an opportunity to germinate. The creative gesture that says to your body and mind: growth is still possible. This stage is quieter than Re-emergence and more alive than Repair. It is where the work of returning actually begins. Trust what is stirring. The Well holds the practices, conversations, the promises that another way, informed by your genius, is possible. Â

D
Re-emerge
You are in the Re-emerge stage — and you are ready. Â
Re-emergence is not a triumphant return. It is a considered one — grounded in the full arc of what you have moved through, and oriented toward what you now know. You are not returning to where you were. You are returning to who you are, restored. The Well was built to accompany this moment — with conversations, tools, and a community of leaders who understand that coming back strategically is not the same as simply showing up again.  Â
